Hours & Benefits
? Work week is 36.25/hours a week (7.25 hours a day).
? After 90 consecutive days you will qualify for holiday pay for company holidays.
? After working 1470 hours you would qualify for a year-end bonus.
? Pay is $23.44/hr. W-2
? If you start before May 1 2016, you are eligible for a performance and review and potential increase in Jan-May 2016.

Customer Relations & Services Department Administrator & Exec. Assistant to an additional Department Head

Job Duties
Admin to Dept. Head VDCs and direct-reports for support. Answering phone calls, create and manage itineraries, creation of agendas/ meeting minutes, meetings and general upkeep of calendars; Well-versed expense report creation;

Responsible for compiling and creating daily, weekly and monthly KPI reporting for VDCs along with monthly reporting for International counterparts
- Reliability, Judgment, organizational skills, above average Microsoft Excel skills

Organizing team meetings, vacations and general upkeep of department calendar
Reliability, Team Behavior, Planning, Decision Making, Initiative

Perform other ad-hoc reporting / duties as required for the CR and VDC Department.

Other Job Duties
Support to the external and internal employees of the Customer Relations Department which include attendance, vacations for external employees.

Educational Requirement
Bachelor?s Degree

Special Skills
Enhanced Computer Skills
Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio.
Technical: SAP

Experience
3 years of administrative/ office experience

Verbal/ written communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
