Duration: Long term contract (through 12/31/2015 with possibility of extension)
Location: On-site Woodcliff Lake, NJ 07675

Benefits:
? Work week is 36.25/hours a week (7.25 hours a day).
? After 90 consecutive days you will qualify for holiday pay for company holidays.
? After working 1470 hours you would qualify for a year-end bonus.
? Pay is $53/hr. W-2
? If you start before May 1 2016, you are eligible for a performance and review and potential increase in Jan-May 2017.
Job Description:
Degree: Master or Bachelor in Statistical Analysis / Data Science
Experience in Market / Consumer / Survey Research preferred
Work
Experience: 3-5 years professional experience (IT industry / market research / automotive industry preferred)
Skill Set:
- Strong analytical skills: Extensive experience with multi variant techniques / statistical analysis and modeling.
- SPSS knowledge preferred.
- Experienced in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Strong interpretation and communication skills.
- Experienced in authoring questionnaires and analyzing/synthesizing responses to develop business insight.
- Experienced in managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities to successful completion against deadlines.
- Experienced in developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization.
- Develop standard operating procedures for conducting research within the organization.
Occasional Travel within the USA.
Key responsibilities include:
- Management of the BMW USA Market Research Database.
- Set-up and execute quantitative / qualitative market research activities.
- Analyze/ Interpret market research findings.
- Present findings to key stake holders and drive action planning.
Summary:
This role is responsible for managing and developing the BMW USA market intelligence data base and support BMW USA incl. its Regional Offices with Market Intelligence and key facts to steer market
