Hours &
Benefits:
? Work week is 36.25/hours a week (7.25 hours a day).
? After 90 consecutive days you will qualify for holiday pay for company holidays.
? After working 1470 hours you would qualify for a year-end bonus.
? If you start before May 1 2015, you are eligible for a performance and review and potential increase in Jan-May 2016.

Preparation of the AAP
? Assist outside counsel in fact-gathering for AAP preparation
? Document recruiting sources and referrals
? Document current status of disabled workforce and reasonable accommodations
? Develop or modify (as necessary) AAP/EEO policy statements
? Assemble documentation for final AAP binder (e.g. policies, evidence of ?good faith efforts?, HR-related forms, etc. that will accompany statistical analysis and back-up data prepared by outside counsel)
AAP Management/Implementation
? Educate managers on AAP-related policies
? Manage and track minority recruitment efforts (e.g. develop outreach with diversity recruiting sources)
? Manage job postings with State job agencies
? Prepare periodic summaries of personnel decisions (quarterly)
? Monitor/manage AAP/EEO problem areas
? Document ?good faith efforts? to reach goals
? Conduct compensation analysis
Liaison with MSP regarding diversity of contingent workforce
Additional Data-Related Tasks
? Review AAP data reports with HR Management team to identify areas of the organization where recruitment/staffing efforts need to be targeted to reach goals.
? Proactively review AAP data reports with HR Management team to identify ?good faith efforts? to reach goals.
? Track applicant/employee data (i.e. race, gender, disability & veteran status)
? Track of all applicant disposition information
? Complete annual EEO-1 and VETS-100/100A reporting
? Prepare AAP data reports for outside counsel (for annual AAP preparation)

- Promotions report
- Terminations report
- Transfers report
Applicant flow data

Educational Requirements: Associate?s Degree is preferred but not required.

Experience Requirements: 1 -3 years Human Resources experience
Experience in documentation
Affirmative Action Plan or EEO experience

Special Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (esp. Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and HR related systems and tools

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
