Hours &
Benefits:
? Work week is 36.25/hours a week (7.25 hours a day).
? After 90 consecutive days you will qualify for holiday pay for company holidays.
? After working 1470 hours you would qualify for a year-end bonus.
? Pay is up to $35/hr. W-2
? If you start before May 1 2015, you are eligible for a performance and review and potential increase in Jan-May 2016.

Under the general supervision of the Aftersales Training Manager, the Aftersales Training Specialist will develop and manage course content to optimize learning, enhance brand awareness and support the training and performance management initiatives.
? Drive and create content for a range of training and performance management initiatives and communications for the BMW Group Non-Technical Aftersales professionals to include instructor-led workshops, online courses and tutorials, in-center training, videos on demand and quick reference guides
? Identify and manage vendors, resources, services and products to support training initiatives
? Work with vendors, business owners and subject matter experts in Aftersales, Technical and Product to ensure content and final deliverable meets desire outcome
? Review, edit, evaluate and modify curriculum as it relates to Aftersales training objectives
? Integrate developed content across multiple programs
? Create and maintain project schedules and work closely with the production staff and design vendors to adhere to schedules
? In partnership with Product Launch team, manage aspects of new vehicle launches with a non-technical Aftersales component whether national or smaller regional events, includes vendor management, timeline management, logistics management, fleet management and all communications with regions and dealer body
? Assess training effectiveness through dealer contact and interaction ? modifying and refining curriculum based on observation, feedback and evaluations
? Participate in testing and evaluation of course materials
? Work on initiatives contributing to the success of learning operations of BMW Group University

Provide excellent customer service through teamwork
Degree from accredited University
3
years retail automotive experience recommended

Special Skills
Ability to articulate learning objectives that are practical, focused, concise and measurable. Strong analytical, logic, and problem-solving skills for analyzing and identifying user needs and proposing solutions. Ability to logically organize complex information.

Solid grasp of retail automotive industry, high degree of initiative and ability to work independently, but also with business owners and other team members. Ability to manage agencies and vendors. A positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills, exceptional project management skills, strong organization and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and work within tight deadlines.

Member of the parts and/or service department with retail automotive knowledge

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
