Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Vice President of Sales is responsible for new business development, marketing and sales at an executive level, (80%), and in addition, for internal operations supporting client services, and the vision, oversight and development of complimentary new product service lines, (20%).
Sales Management with great growth potential and a significant amount of travel (including international travel) will be involved. The primary objective is to build the customer base and increase existing customer relationships on a global basis .
The VP of Sales will be expected to grow the companies project business to higher market share
As the VP of Sales you should be experienced in developing customer relationships with key customers in close contact with key account managers
The VP of Sales will be looked upon to foster the cooperation between different divisions to increase cross divisional sales and provide leadership for sales and the engineering team
Ensure sales approach is aligned with Corporate strategy and Support Global functions and initiatives
Deeply understand and recognize Corporate values and business culture; perform as a role model of VP culture
BS Degree, MBA preferred 20 yeas experience in business development
