Hours & Benefits:
? Work week is 36.25/hours a week (7.25 hours a day).
? After 90 consecutive days you will qualify for holiday pay for company holidays.
? After working 1470 hours you would qualify for a year-end bonus.
? Pay is up to $42.19/hr. W-2
? If you start before May 1 2015, you are eligible for a performance and review and potential increase in Jan-May 2016.

Job Description:
The Oil Sales Specialist supports the advancement of BMW Genuine Engine Oil as well as the Marketing and Sales Initiatives to increase sales and profit of the BMW NA Genuine Engine Oil products.

The Specialist is responsible to assist with product, sales and marketing analysis as well as introducing new products and services to meet dealer and customer demands.

Genuine Engine Oil Product Development/Support.
? Assist in the product development process by interaction between BMW AG and supplier to ensure competitive product offerings and on-time market introduction.
? Manage product issues that arise with internal and external customers. Initiate actions with BMW NA and supplier as necessary.
? Determine dealer and customer oil demands and introduce products and offer promotions to meet these market demands.
? Ensure on time product launches to meet various service and technology needs.
? Responsible for all product documentation such as label and packaging compliance, MSDS?s, catalog entries, product highlight sheets
? Responsible for fast solutions of product related issues, problems, application related issues.
? Assist in the process of developing and providing local part numbers.
? Ensure a positive business case for all products before start of development.
? Maintain relationship with internal Technical Services Group
? Potential coordination/exchange with Canadian and Mexican counterparts

Oil Product Marketing Support.
? Create annual marketing plan with the Aftersales Marketing group and BMW AG.
? Support regional and market field personal in promoting oil products.
? Coordinate marketing activities with the Aftersales Marketing group such as brochures, posters, flyers, product catalogue etc.
? Create marketing concepts, promotions and dealer support materials.
? Create market analysis to optimize sales penetration.
? Incorporate Oil related materials into existing Automotive Chemicals guides. Catalogues, etc.
? Development of Dealer Incentives strategy (NFL, MLB, Race Car Series, Formula One, etc.)
? Coordination of activities with the 4th level business, with e-commerce and other sales channels as needed.

Dealer Communication and Sales Support
? Create and publish new sales and product information (Bulletins and DCS messages).
? Create Sales Support presentations.
? Create monthly sales tracking reports.
? Create market analysis to optimize sales penetration.
? Provide regular updates in Management circles

Research Market Technology and Product Trends.
? Monitor market pricing, service activities, innovations etc.
? Coordinate the evaluation of new products and technologies in consultation with Aftersales Technical Services Dept.

Bachelor degree
3-5 years Automotive retail or wholesale experience, knowledge of engine oil BMW Maintenance and Warranty Programs
Excellent skill and proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint a must.
Excellent theoretical and practical knowledge of automotive chemicals and the automotive industry.
Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
Licensed to operate automobiles & light trucks.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
