Benefits:
? Work week is 36.25/hours a week (7.25 hours a day).
? After 90 consecutive days you will qualify for holiday pay for company holidays.
? After working 1470 hours you would qualify for a year-end bonus.
? If you start before May 1 2015, you are eligible for a performance and review and potential increase in Jan-May 2016.

Payroll Specialist - Job Description
This position would support the Senior Payroll and Quality Control Lead with the US payrolls in a high volume, fast paced environment. Must possess excellent analytical and organizational skills, strong work ethic, strong attention to detail and be a problem solver. Must also be able to act as a subject matter expert for Payroll processing within a multi-state environment. Should have a strong working knowledge of both year-end and year-begin process. Must be able to prepare, key, audit and process of all BMW corporate payrolls during the Senior Payroll Quality Control Lead?s absence.

Job Responsibilities
? Handle pre and post payroll activities including auditing of payroll and HRIS transactional changes for responsible transactions
? Responsible for company vehicle change transactions, calculations, review of daily audit logs and auditing of employee vehicle eligibility
? Assist with month-end, quarter-end and year-end preparation and activities
? Reconcile corporate card for HR
? Handle monthly organizational reporting
? Perform other related duties/projects as required.
? Responsible for monitoring personal grade transactions and key changes
? Responsible for multiple worksite reporting and on-going system maintenance
? Respond to unemployment nonfictions and FMLA forms
? Handle employee self service workflow changes with a focus on multistate reporting taxation
? Respond to Employment verifications and employee inquires
? Filing

Job Requirements
? Preferred Bachelors Degree in Business or Human Resources.
? Certified PAYROLL Professional
? 3-5 years of payroll processing experience, which includes two years of clerical accounting/tax experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
? Strong problem solving skills
? Strong auditing skills and attention to detail
? Ceridian Source 500 experience would be very helpful.
? Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office.
? Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
? Must possess strong analytical skills
? Must possess strong attention to detail
? Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multitasked environment.
? Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
