Hours & Benefits:
? Work week is 36.25/hours a week (7.25 hours a day).
? After 90 consecutive days you will qualify for holiday pay for company holidays.
? After working 1470 hours you would qualify for a year-end bonus.
? Pay is up to $28/hr. W-2.
? Contractors that start before May 1 2015 are eligible for a performance and review and potential increase in Jan-May 2016.

Job Description:
The Project Administrator will be responsible for upholding the quality procedures and process required to assist in the successful completion of Engineering projects. The Project Administrator will interface with Engineering and Marketing/sales department teams.

Job Duties:
? Editing, formatting, updating and distribution of project deliverables
? Assist Fleet administrator with Fleet Vehicle Administration including the transport of vehicle within the facility and transport logistics offsite.
? RWS system support in updating accessory installation instructions
? Database management, parts catalog editing. Online form entering for project workflows
? Processing of invoices and Purchase orders via SAP/IFT
? Internal parts ordering and return with established process
? General administration including document filing, document distribution meeting planning
? Generate status reports for inventory/fleet vehicles
? Generate status budget reports for both Engineering and Marketing/sales teams
? Phone Answering, office supply and misc parts ordering
? Support accessory sales/marketing team with special projects based on request

Qualifications:
? Two or more years of business administration and quality management systems
? Microsoft Office (Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint)
? Adobe Acrobrat/Ilustrator
? Two years or more of QMS process management
? Excellent organizational and communication skills
? General vehicle knowledge
? Valid driver?s license

Additional Insight:
? Team oriented
? Self motivated
? Able to drive a manual transmission vehicle
? Some knowledge of German language

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
