Work week is 36.25/hrs. per week, 7.25 hours per day. Paid holidays, bonus opportunity, performance review and potential merit increases. The pay rate $23/hr.

Premium automobile manufacturer is seeking a Customer Relations Representative to join their executive team to assist customers in resolving inquires and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Respond to customer correspondence, phone calls, internet, etc., in accordance with the department's policies and procedures. Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through direct contact with BMW owners, Market Teams and dealers. Review inquiries and complaints (via telephone, email, Internet, written correspondence or escalated matters from the Call Center) about BMW products, dealers, parts, service, sales, etc. Research background of inquiry/complaint with appropriate BMWNA or dealer personnel and investigate service history through repair orders, Customer Central, Warranty System and other resources. Work closely with BMWNA Market Teams to encourage satisfactory resolution of customer complaints. Negotiate resolution to the mutual satisfaction of the customer, Market Team and dealers. Respond to customers expeditiously and in a manner designed to maintain the customer?s loyalty to BMW. Customer Relations experience with high end automotive experience.

Qualifications: Requires 2-3 years Customer Relations experience. Automotive Industry experience is a plus. Must have the ability to work effectively in a demanding environment. Strong written, verbal and presentation skills are essential. Experience with MS Office Suite preferred. High School or Equivalent, Bachelor?s Degree ? Preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
