We are currently seeking an Associate Director, Learning and Development, Field Audit, to join our Learning and Development team in our Montvale, NJ office.
Responsibilities:
Provide input on training topics, outcomes, objectives, and overall course design & development
Develop high quality training materials for the curriculum/courses, including content outlines, slides, leader & facilitation guides, and other training materials and exams
Work collaboratively to build curriculum by audience or topic
Participate in measurement activities to identify performance gaps and root causes to inform improvements to processes, policies, guidance, tools and/or training on various accounting, auditing and regulatory topics
Measure effectiveness of remedial actions implemented to address audit quality matters
Instruct national, regional or local office training sessions
Qualifications:
Eight years of field experience in audit
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
High level of professional knowledge of accounting and auditing matters, tools, and current issues
Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills to deliver on commitments with quality; sequence information in a logical order and display creativity in development of course materials
Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA,) international equivalent license or the ability to reactivate
Average of 25% travel is required

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
