We are currently seeking a Manager, Global Adoption Servicesto join our Global Services Center in our Woodcliff Lake NJ office.
Lead the overall adoption program for various KPMG product and process implementation initiatives, and develop programs integrated with the overall product deployment effort
Oversee the development of impact assessments, global campaigns, member firm toolkits, and training programs; drive adoption deliverables and work products and monitor their completion according to approved plans
Incorporate training services to help ensure that planning and baseline material is developed to enable team members and end-users receive appropriate training
Analyze and understand how the product will change local businesses and develop change programs to manage the impact to business processes and end users
Manage the development of member firm implementation and adoption guidance and tools, delivered in the form of a product Toolkit
Develop country specific strategies to transform the member firm from their current state to their future including the planning and execution of campaign events to member firm leadership groups
Minimum five years of experience working on large-scale international implementation of business and technology projects
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
Experience with organizational change management or transformation management and managing a virtual and/or globally distributed team
Background working on large-scale process/system implementation projects with the ability to manage multiple processes and projects at once
Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to prioritize and organize effectively with an attention to detail
Ability to work independently and be an effective contributor in a diversified team

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
