years software AX technical experience Technical capability to configure AX HCM and Payroll software for demonstration purposes Functional HR knowledge and skillset required Bachelor's degree, software technical degree preferably in a related field A fundamental knowledge of Human Resources business process Expertise in ERP and HR domain Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent presentation and communication skills Experienced in Microsoft PowerPoint Ability to travel out of NJ 30%
Must live within proximity of a major US airport Must be authorized to work in the United States Other requirements : Professional demeanor and presentation Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Detail oriented with strong analytical skills Creative problem solver Flexible, open minded Curious, with a strong desire to learn and ability to learn independently Ability to take direction Great communication skills and team work required Experience in working in other HCM software will be a plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
