Job Description:
1. Research new market opportunities- based on segmentation and positioning of CEM services
2. Use our current database and directories to identify potential opportunities.
3. Reach key people in finance in client organizations.
4. Explain briefly and identify the possibility of serving with MS Dynamics products.
5. Update CEM database
6. In case of Positive outcome:
- Update your manager and specify the same in your report
7. In case of negative outcome:
- Note in our database
8. Pre-sales support
9. Post-sales support
10. Submit regular periodic reports.
11. Interacting with prospects via email and telephone
12. Coordinating for closing the deal.
Eligibility Criteria :
1. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
2. Polished and articulate verbal communication and platform skills.
3. Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment thereby demonstrating self-confidence, tact and diplomacy.
4. Initiate, maintain, and sustain successful long-term relationships with clients and/or the ability to initiate cold calls, to establish client rapport and to persuasively present CEM business capabilities

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
