Junior Attorney
Duties: Under the supervision of more senior attorneys, will take on much of the Company s more routine contracting matters, such as pricing amendments, API supply agreements, consulting agreements and CDAs, which would free up more senior attorneys time to devote to more complex, time-intensive matters. Draft, negotiate, review and advise on a wide array of BD agreements, API supply agreements, pricing agreements, CDAs, vendor agreements and consulting contracts. Assist in the drafting and legal review of information in the Company s periodic financial disclosures, including the 10-K and 10-Q. Provide legal support to the various departments within the Company as required, including day-to-day contracts support. Coordinate with outside counsel on litigation and other matters. Provide legal counsel on such other projects as may be assigned.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
