Job Description:
This leading provider of premium products and premium services for individual mobility is the home of world famous automobile brands. - Process, administer and log all invoices for HR
- Process and ensure payment of monthly vendor bills on a timely basis
- Process bi-weekly HSA wires for Optum Health
- Become proficient in HR inTouch learning how to run ad hoc reports
- Create/modify presentation slides for certain benefits topics.
- Handles departmental filing and organizational efforts
- Proactively reach out to all new hires to ensure they have elected benefits in a timely manner to ensure they do not miss benefits eligibility upon start date
- Process COBRA paperwork
- Assist with FMLA and Disability administrative duties
- Support with Open Enrollment
- Process changes via workflow and obtain backup documentation from employees for all life event changes
- Send out monthly benefits announcements on exercise program
- Organize and run the annual flu program (coordinate with UHC vendors, book rooms, organize vouchers and send out e-mails)
- Organize and run setting up of the annual biometrics screening dates with UHC
- Process automotive purchase requests and keep spreadsheet up to date with correct information
- Maintain retiree vehicle payments in conjunction with Company.
- Maintain records for retiree lump sum medical payments.
- Organize and run the annual flu program (coordinate with UHC vendors, book rooms, organize vouchers and send out e-mails)
- Organize and run setting up of the annual biometrics screening dates with UHC
- Scheduling of meetings and coordinate rooms/food. Coordinate Lunch & Learns
- Manage calendar, meeting and travel arrangements for Benefits team.
- Maintain and update HR Discount site
- Supports Benefits Specialist and Benefits Manager in day to day operations as needed.
- Previous Benefits and/or Human Resources experience with general understanding surrounding benefits such as short and long term disability, FMLA, etc.
- Strong Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Will be expected to be proficient in SAP/IFT
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong internal and external Customer Orientation
- Flexibility and ability to multi-task
- Strong follow up skills
- Good writing skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
