All Qualified Candidates must be willing to work W-2 and take/pass a hair follicle drug test, employment verification and criminal background check per our client's policy
? Identify, understand and plan for organizational and human impacts of planned systems, and ensure that new technical requirements are properly integrated with existing processes and skill sets.
? Plan a system flow from the ground up.
? Interact with designers to understand software limitations.
? Help programmers during system development, ex: provide use cases, flowcharts or even database design.
? Perform system testing.
? Deploy the completed system.
? Document Operation handbook or contribute to user manuals.
The applicant must be able to take on the ownership of application architecture and direct the design of software development projects for a web based, multi-tiered and distributed applications. The applicant will work closely with both technical and business resources. The applicant will work within a team and will be comfortable taking direction and directing and assisting junior team members.
Additionally, the person must have the proficiency to acquire additional technical knowledge in a fast paced environment. Well rounded presentation, mid-tier, data, and business system interface/integration development experience are a must. Automotive industry expertise is also valued.
Required Design & Development Experience (specific examples required):
? Architectural best practices
? Strong OO Design and Development skills using Java (J2SE/J2EE)
? Inter-application communications (both real-time and batch).
? Strong understanding of Java Messaging and Message Oriented Middleware
? Perimeter Authentication and Authorization (Web Security)
? XML, XML Schema, XSLT
? Web Services (SOAP, WSDL and WS- )
? Strong understanding of UNIX concepts and common network protocols
