IT Project Manager for the area of Marketing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Our client?s headquarters is rolling out new template solutions in the marketing area to the US market. The IT Project Lead needs to lead the US project team and make sure that the US requirements are considered and successfully implemented. We need a mature project manager with strong technical knowledge in the marketing area. Including Web and mobile app solutions.
Including the following tasks.
Create and maintain an information technology project plan that communicates tasks, milestone dates, status and resource allocation.
Basic job duties may include but are not limited to:
? Utilize software life-cycle methodology.
? Coordinate delivery of development (beta) and production releases that meet quality assurance standards.
? Assist technical team in design and development tasks.
? Assist test team in creating test plans and testing efforts.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
Experience in leading a Mobile App project (Google and Apple experience is great!)
-For this Marketing project, needs a dynamic person
-Someone who has experience and is able to work with different parties over different countries
-German is a plus
-Experience working in larger companies
-Concise resume required.
5-7 years of project management experience (Information Technology)
3-5 years of systems analysis and design
3-5 years of staff supervisory experience
3-5 years of budget, planning, and cost tracking experience
5-7 years of MS Project experience or application equivalent (i.e. Primavera)
3-5 years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, Powerpoint)
Proven track record of excellent project management skills demonstrated for challenging client, complex
interrelated or technically oriented projects
? Excellent consultative, listening, communications and analytical skills
? Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across the organization andinteract/influence/negotiate effectively at all levels of management and peers
? Critical thinker with excellent judgment and strong initiative
? Experience in demonstrating leadership/influence and collaboration in a matrix-managed environment, and
across multiple and diverse groups
? Expert understanding of Project Management Methodologies (i.e. PMBOK, AGILE, PRINCE2)
? Experience in PMI or Six Sigma disciplines would be a plus
Automotive experience a plus
