Title: 282 Auditor
Industry: Luxury sports Car Company
Duration: 9 month renewable contract
Location: Woodcliff Lakes, NJ (up to 80% Travel)
W-2 Rate: up to $30-35//hr.

? Conduct retail audits at client centers utilizing procedures established by Management.
? Help train center and field personnel
? Consult with client center personnel regarding policy, procedure and best practices
? Prepare, conduct and close audits with follow-up as necessary
? Document all findings and report all findings at the conclusion of the audit
? Provide technical input to Engineering, Policy input to Warranty and CPO, etc.
? Work with dealer principals, general counsel, center operators, GMs, service managers, technicians, etc. every week.
? Prepare audit materials, prepare reports on audit findings / results
? Maintain liaisons with all necessary personnel
? Develop and maintain a trusting relationship with center personnel to encourage interaction on issues of concern to each center
? Discuss audit updates daily with Retail Audit Manager, discuss findings with center management
? Train dealer personnel based on audit findings, investigate audit concerns, interviews dealer management and personnel as well as client area teams
? Understand state statutes surrounding audit requirements
? Prepare and conduct audits as required by the Retail Audit schedule, usually audits 3 out of every 4 weeks.
? Update audit templates
? Provide constant input on audit strategy and execution
? Must be a subject matter expert on : WPPM, CPO operations manual, and maintain a level technical expertise
? Plan and attend ADR mediation as necessary
? Account for expenses during each audit
? Responsible for staying within budget and reporting the same
? Consult with client Retailer regarding proper DOS, Best Practice, Aftersales procedures.
? Conduct all preparations necessary to perform audits or consultive visits, including analysis of potential audit candidates, the warranty data submitted to client, their sales reports submitted to client, the previous audit reports related to that retailer.
? Document all findings of these audits and provide detailed reports to the client retailer, field personnel and management at the conclusion of the audit.
? Maintain liaisons with all necessary regional and client retail outlet personnel to achieve a professional acceptance to implement audit recommendations, follow-up and assist retailer where necessary.
? Create annual and monthly plans, itineraries and objectives.
? Responsible for maintenance of budgetary guidelines and reporting of same.
? Perform special analyses requested by management, including assisting in internal audits when required.
? 80% travel
? Arrange all travel for one?s own travel
? And anything else required of the position
Other Assigned Duties (Duties that are ancillary to the purpose of this position and complement or are in addition to the essential duties)
? Ability to carry luggage, clothing and work equipment and materials
? Be prepared for potential exposure to different temperatures and environmental extremes in different North American locations
? Diplomatic/negotiation skills with senior management and center senior management as well as Aftersales and Sales personnel
? Overnight travel
? Valid drivers license
? BMW Group field experience
