Qualifications:
o Bachelors in business administration, Finance, or equivalent degree / Paralegal a plus.o 4-6 years Business Analytics, Legal, Project management and Dealer network knowledge.o 2-3 years Automotive industry experience.o Experience with financial analysis and statements preferred.o Strong communication and organizational ability with a thorough attention to detail.o Proficiency in all MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is essential.o Excellent organizational and communication skills required.o Ability to manage and analyze processes, projects.o Strong problem-solving qualities.o Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task.o Adapt to changes quickly.
Responsibilities:
o Ensuring that dealership information (ownership, location, management, etc) is documented, accessible and accurate for the organization. Responsible to ensure consistency across the organization for network development letters and agreements.o Ensure the BMW Group Dealer Network processes and requirements which support market representation activities, including the management of dealership contracts and legal binding agreements between client Group and its retail network, meet guidelines and requirements.o Ensure accurate and timely representation of dealer network ownership information and streamlined processes for the evaluation & advancement of proposed network changes, offering premium retail experiences across the client and MINI brands.o Evaluate all dealer application packages for modifications to the Center Agreements (minority ownership changes, majority ownership changes, DBA & corporate name changes, management changes, relocations and the appointment of new Centers). Support Regional Center Development Managers with document review and questions.o Manage relationship between corporate headquarters and assigned regional offices as key point of contact for Center Development Managers. Responsible for coordinating all network activities and necessary related communications both internally and to partners at the region and dealer level.Company DescriptionAbout Kyyba:
