Are you ready to build your career by joining an international automotive company? If so, our client is hiring a Senior Franchise Process Specialist r!What You'll Do:
Ensuring that dealership information (ownership, location, management, etc) is documented, accessible and accurate for the organization. Responsible to ensure consistency across the organization for network development letters and agreements. Ensure the Dealer Network processes and requirements which support market representation activities, including the management of dealership contracts and legal binding agreements between the Group and its retail network, meet guidelines and requirements. Ensure accurate and timely representation of dealer network ownership information and streamlined processes for the evaluation & advancement of proposed network changes, offering premium retail experiences across the brands. Evaluate all dealer application packages for modifications to the Center Agreements (minority ownership changes, majority ownership changes, DBA & corporate name changes, management changes, relocations and the appointment of new Centers). Support Regional Center Development Managers with document review and questions. Manage relationship between corporate headquarters and assigned regional offices as key point of contact for Center Development Managers. Responsible for coordinating all network activities and necessary related communications both internally and to partners at the region and dealer level. Act as the primary resource for supporting litigation requests - including document collection, coordination of business partners and discovery request. Act as primary support and coordinator of ROFR process. Draft and apply policies, procedures and guidelines for ownership transfers. Evaluation of financial statements, source of funds, ownership structure and ownership documents to ensure that dealer network meets standards for premium representation. Prepare, manage and track Network Development related letters, including LOI/extensions, Settlement Agreements, etc. Update and maintain Prospective Owner Application for Network related actions. Maintain and enhance electronic package system. Provide support to users for training and system errors. Improvement of the dealer network, ensuring that dealer owners meet financial and business minimums to join the network. Must communicate all required information and notifications to dealer operators and internal stakeholders on changes to the dealer network. Maintain constant contact with dealer candidate and communicate requirements/deficiencies to parties involved and provide overview analysis of each deal. What You Bring:
Bachelors in business administration, Finance, or equivalent degree / Paralegal a plus. 4-6 years Business Analytics, Legal, Project management and Dealer network knowledge. 2-3 years Automotive industry experience. Experience with financial analysis and statements preferred. Strong communication and organizational ability with a thorough attention to detail. Proficiency in all MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is essential. Excellent organizational and communication skills required. Ability to manage and analyze processes, projects. Strong problem-solving qualities. Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task. Adapt to changes quickly. Hybrid Work:
