Job Overview:
As the Manager of Data Management you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective use of data within our retail organization.
Your primary responsibilities will include ownership of the data management team, managing retail systems, overseeing data integration with retail systems, ensuring data quality and accuracy, and assisting with implementation of the Product Information Management (PIM) system.
Your role will also be responsible for training of the broader organization and the development of training materials to ensure that our business partners are proficient in handling data for better decision-making and operational efficiency.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to extract actional insights from data to drive business decisions and improve retail operations.

Effectively managing efficiencies of the team and professional development of team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Establish data ownership and accountability within the department.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
Oversee the integration of data from various retail systems including PLM, BPCS, E-commerce and Retail Net.
Implement data quality control processes to cleanse, validate and maintain high-quality data.
Monitor data accuracy, completeness and consistency and take corrective actions as needed Collaborate with business analysts to leverage data for retail analytics and reporting.
Manage a team of data specialists and foster a culture of positive decision-making and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams such as merchandising and product development to ensure smooth and accurate retail systems processes.
Design, develop and update training materials and execute training sessions related to retail systems processes.
Skills Required:
Strong organizational, task accountability, problem solving and time management skills.
Ability to handle and organize large volumes of work while paying attention to detail.
Ability to retain a depth of information.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams Adaptable to a changing work environment.
Ability to take direction, follow through and meet deadlines.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Position is Hybrid.
Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in data management and retail analytics Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel & PowerPoint is a must.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in data management, computer science, information systems or a related field.
5-8 years of work experience.
Proven experience in data management, data governance and data integration with a focus on retail systems.
Proficiency in retail software and systems.
This position is hybrid:
3 days in the office and 2 days work from home.

$85,000 - $100,000 The salary range offered for this position is a good faith description of the expected salary range this role will pay.
