Overview of position:
The candidate will support the Team in onboarding suppliers to the B2B Portal and help them as well with the onboarding of eDocuments.
This will empower the Supplier to self-service their needs to see the status of an invoice, rejected invoices, payment advice, etc.
In the first stage of the project, the candidate will help with the initial communication with the suppliers and information about the benefits of B2B and eDocument.
In the later stage, the candidate will receive inquiries from our suppliers to help them get on board and create the connection between the supplier and company, the provider of the B2B network and eDocument solution.
The candidate will proactively reach out to suppliers who have not answered or self-registered themselves on the portal and offer help and guidance for the onboarding process.
The candidate will report on a weekly basis the progress of the onboarding, how many suppliers were contacted, how many got registered, how many reached out for help, and who is in the onboarding process.
The inquiries will arrive in a project email inbox, which the candidate will monitor and work on.
The candidate needs to make phone calls with the supplier and with Germany on a frequent basis to help the supplier through the process.
The candidate will have contact internally at the company with the local and international Purchasing department, Accounts Payable, the Strategy and Process Team, and the eDocument Team.
Education:
HS Diploma with a combination of 3 years of experience
Experience:
The candidate must speak English fluently, preferably they are also fluent in German and/or Spanish, but it's not a must to have a second language.
The candidate must have experience in a Call Center or Customer support environment and be able to help suppliers get through the process, this includes disgruntled suppliers.
This role is heavily supplier-facing, with a lot of interaction with the supplier network and the candidate is representing the group.
Tools like Microsoft Office 365 should be known, and the candidate be able to use them, like Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.
Some understanding of B2B processes would be beneficial.
