We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic individual to join our team.
Candidate will be an integral part of the Accounting department and will be responsible for the Accounts Receivable function.
Responsibilities:
Apply customer payments.
Research and solve payment discrepancies.
Process credit card payments and credits.
Make adjustments to accounts as needed.
Prepare daily manual deposits.
Conduct credit checks to determine credit lines for new customers.
Monitor customer accounts to determine need / worthiness of increased lines of credit.
Contact customers to follow up on past due invoices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent; 5
years of experience.
Microsoft Navision experience preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office Competencies:
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively and professionally with management, colleagues and vendors Accuracy; Detail oriented; strong organization, analytical and problem solving skills.
Displays a positive can-do attitude; works well independently and in a team environment.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Strong work ethic, works with integrity, respect, accountability and excellence.
Ability to work with sensitive information with discretion, professionalism and adherence to ethical conduct.
